Job Summary

MonetizeMore is looking for a  Senior Technical Recruiter who is comfortable working in a remote, autonomous environment and will facilitate the company's standard hiring process for our technical team.  Our ideal Technical Recruiter will report directly to the HR head and will work closely with the Chief Technical Officer.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Hiring
    • Screen applications, schedule and conduct culture fit interviews for tech positions
    • Attract talent as well as build an active pool of candidates
    • Source talents through the use of different online tools and job boards
    • Review and understand technical job requirement to assess candidates' relevant knowledge and experiences
    • Endorse qualified candidates to CTO for final interview
    • Post job ads and update Applicant Tracking System
    • Facilitate test projects or aptitude tests when needed
    • Facilitate reference check before hiring a candidate

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology,  BS IT or BS Computer Science graduate or any related field
  • Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Relevant experience in Recruitment of technical positions like Web Developer/Software Engineer, QA Engineer is preferred
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews and skills assessment
  • Must have knowledge in web development, AdTech experience/knowledge is a plus 
  • With excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Time management and decision making skills
  • Highly reliable, organized and proactive
  • Can function efficiently and effectively even with less supervision
  • Can work on flexible schedules
